Brian Basham is a Colorado native born in Wheat Ridge, Colorado and raised in Southern California. After graduating from high school, Brian attended Colorado State University earning a degree in Economics in 1988. Brian then began his real estate career in Denver.

Over the last twenty years Brian has become extremely knowledgeable and experienced in a wide range of real estate sales and acquisitions. With experience in everything from residential sales across the Denver-metro area to high-density loft and condo sales in Downtown Denver and “LoDo," Brian’s real estate business has grown to include all aspects of residential sales, property management, and leasing.

Brian lives in Lower Downtown Denver. With his business partner and brother, Brandon Basham, owns and operates Metro Brokers Downtown — also located in Lower Downtown Denver. Over the last two decades Brian has crafted a very successful career working with and consulting clients to best serve all of their real estate needs. Whether it's residential or investment property, Brian is one of Denver’s most reputable and widely based real estate professionals.
